About the role
We are currently looking for a hardworking, Full Time Yard Assistant to join our team at Wingfield.

- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, as the job may involve manual labor and working in varying weather conditions.
- Happy to get stuck into the tasks 'thrown your way'.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify, assess, and use appropriate methods to remove contaminants from piles to ensure a reduced contamination outcome.
- Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials following company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Assist with general labor tasks, which may include supporting other team members in their duties.
- Maintain the yard and site, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and ensuring a clutter-free area.
Skills and experience
Additional qualifications such as a First Aid Certificate or Forklift ticket are advantageous but not mandatory.
Prospective candidates must undergo a comprehensive pre-employment assessment and drug screening.
Weekend and public holiday work may be required for this position. Access to transportation is necessary as work may be assigned at either our Wingfield or Buckland Park facilities.
