Troocoo have partnered with a highly reputable business in the Banking and Insurance space to bring an IT Support Specialist to join their team.
You will be part of a very high performing and collaborative team that has a passion for customer service and solving problems for the business. Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are imperative to the function of this role.
The team is currently consists of 6 IT professionals who manage tickets remotely across all sites. The aim of this position is to have a physical representation of the support team in their Brisbane office which is currently made up of around 180 people, to support across physical/hardware and inventory operations.
The work will include:
- This is everything from L1-L3 and a service desk function that is responsible for end to end
- Everything from swapping out headsets to having to jump in and help the network team troubleshoot why half a pod in the Contact Centre are dropping.
- M365 outlook troubleshooting.
- Support iPhones and some Macs but mostly a Windows shop.
- Active directory experience.
- SCCM experience.
- Intune experience.
As the main Support Specialist in the Brisbane office you will have full accountability and ownership of the support function across the site. You will be required to be in the Brisbane office 4 days per week and an additional 1 day per week in their Sunshine Coast office to be with the wider team. There is flexibility around what day of the week this is.
