Our 2025 Graduate Program – Technology Stream

As part of our commitment to growing our pipeline of future leaders, we’re excited to be on the hunt for recent graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Program.

Dip your toes into something new, stopover in another role. Move around quickly. That’s what the Jetstar Graduate Program is all about – giving you the freedom to grow, steer and make the program yours. As a Jetstar Graduate, you are uniquely placed to immediately enjoy a permanent role, whilst reaping the benefits of a two-year rotational program.

As a Technology Graduate, you will work on projects across our portfolio of technology services that enhance the experience of both of our customers and our Jetstar Team Members.   You’ll gain broad exposure both within the Jetstar Group, including our Jetstar Branded Airlines in Singapore and Japan, but also within the Qantas Group Technology Team.  Get involved in designing our latest app features, testing our new technology deployed on our aircraft, learn about our transformation program through critical investment in technology – it’s all part of your day job as a Jetstar Graduate. 

Throughout the program, you will have access to a range of structured development initiatives, including monthly development days, work experience with our frontline team and regular coaching and shadowing with our senior leaders.  As you approach completion of the 2-year program, we’ll partner with you to land you a role that ensures that your Jetstar career continues to soar.

We’re on the hunt for someone who is:

• In your final year of studies, or completed, a Technology related undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies in the last two years
• Able to commence full employment with Jetstar in Melbourne in February 2025.
• Confident to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, ideally demonstrated through some previous work experience.
• Resilient and Flexible – curious and motivated to always learn, get involved and adapt to change
• A strong trouble shooter and problem solver – confident to challenge how we do things  
• A customer centric, positive mindset – ready to embrace the benefits of a Graduate Program and learn about the aviation industry; and 
• A permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application.
