Working with preferred industry partners and direct clients, you will execute the end-to-end booking process for all cruise enquiries.
KEY DETAILS:
- LOCATION - Luxury Sydney CBD office
- HOURS A Monday to Friday rotating roster of 8am-4.30pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6pm plus one Saturday 9am-1pm every 5th week
- HYBRID - option to work from home 2 days a week
- SALARY - $65,000 + super

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- RESERVATIONS - Process all reservation request received via phone, email and online
- QUOTES - Prepare quotes for trade and direct bookings and follow up to win business
- FINANCE - process deposit and final balance payments
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - Act as the first point of contact for all trade and direct enquiries and establish ongoing relationships with key trade partners
- GROUP SUPPORT - Occasionally support the groups reservations team
