About the role

If you're ready to contribute your enthusiasm and expertise to a company that values growth and performance, we encourage you to apply and embark on this exciting journey with us. 

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Ownership of the profit and loss statement
• Coordinating and assigning work to jewellers
• Assessment of product requiring repair
• Sending quotes and managing quote responses
• Invoicing repairs to stores
• Assisting in quality control
• Store enquiries and requests

What we’ll love about you

• Thorough understanding of inventory management principles
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Strong organisation skills and multi-tasking ability
• Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel
• Great customer service
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Jewellery knowledge highly regarded, but not essential.
