Adelaide Jewellery Repair Specialists is a small family business, established since 1952 in the Adelaide CBD. We pride ourselves on offering a value for money jewellery repair service whilst giving our customers exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, customer focussed Sales Assistant to join our small team, and assist in the day-to-day running of our business.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills/and or experience: -
· Proven experience working in a sales role, preferably within the Jewellery Industry.
· High level of customer service experience, professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
· Ability to work within a small team and build relationships.
· High level of competence in working with computers and technology. (experience working with Photoshop desirable)
· Experience and interest in photography.
· Knowledge of online platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Shopify.
· Knowledge of diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones (desirable).
· Flexibility to work various weekday shifts, namely Tues – Friday, with some Saturday work required.
