The Role
To provide sales and service to customers in our retail store. To support the Store Manager in achieving objectives by working within company policies and procedures. To support the continuous improvement of Total Tools.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and effective merchandising
- Process credits and returns to suppliers
- Carry out stock refill (heavy lifting may be required)
- Advise customers on products and services whilst delivering best practice service - be aware of customers when outside your core area (you are required to assist)
- Maintain a high level of personal productivity
- Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs
- Liaise and build relationships with suppliers
- Be an effective team player
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in selling trade and commercial tools is preferrable but not essential.
- Have a passion for tools is a must!
