You will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with a disability. You will also be working with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, while providing ongoing employment support.
To be successful in this role you will require an understanding of the challenges our customers with disabilities may face, when commencing new employment.
You will also have a strong ability to support both our customers in work and their employers, to ensure sustainable employment, whilst also sourcing future vacancies for ongoing placements. Therefore, you will be confident negotiating, building relationships and have a knack for creative solutions.
You might not necessarily be from the industry, but you are a customer care professional, have the confidence to approach businesses and advocate for your clients!

- Willingness to obtain a Blue Card & National Police Check
