As a Job Coach in the Disability Employment sector, you will be a champion for others and enjoy a multi-faceted role. You will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with a disability. This role requires strong administrative skills, well-developed communication skills and flexibility to work in the office, as well as attend sites, to support your customers.
You will also be working with local employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, while providing ongoing employment support to our customers. Therefore, you will be confident approaching businesses, building relationships and have a knack for creative solutions.
Your workdays will have some structure; mornings will be spent with your customers and afternoons will be dedicated to business engagement. Activities will include reaching out to businesses via phone, email or onsite, in-person.
You might be a hospitality superstar or a call centre professional, but you thrive in a customer-focused role and are self-driven. Training and support will be provided, bring your positivity and tenacity to a role that really matters.
