As a Job Coach you will work closely with a caseload of jobseekers, assisting them to get a job and keep it. Our Job Coach teams develop rapport, provide high level customer service, and assist in addressing barriers to employment by collaborating respectfully with participants to engage in meaningful activities to support them on their journey to employment. They will work with the job seeker to achieve the goal of finding employment suitable to the circumstances of the individual.
We focus on teamwork and living by our values. No previous experience in Disability Employment Services is needed, with full on the job training provided.
This role may require travel to other sites to support in delivering our services to jobseekers and employers, for which a company car will be provided.

- Previous administration experience, including transferrable skills to make accurate file notes, input data and keep records up to date using Microsoft programs and custom databases (desired).
