JOB SEARCH COORDINATOR

Based at our Rockingham Office

BIZLINK is looking for a Job Search Coordinator to complement our dedicated and passionate team. We work together to assist people with disability into employment. BIZLINK is a Perth based not-for-profit Disability Employment Service, with 30+ years of experience helping people. We require people who share our values. This is a full-time role that includes a company car, phone, salary sacrificing and laptop. Experience working with people with disability is not essential, people with sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits:

Wage (dependent on previous relevant experience), plus 11% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading & Salary Sacrifice packaging.

Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, all with private use as per policy

Job Search Coordinators locate and secure quality employment for people with disability. They have excellent negotiation skills and work collaboratively in a team that strives to exceed organisation targets. They have the ability to build relationships with employers and the skill to match job seekers to vacancies or to create individualised jobs. Two to three years experience in Recruitment is desirable, but not essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective problem solving and organisation skills

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Current driver’s licence

• Demonstrated ability to meet organisational goals and individual targets

• Ability to promote job seekers with a disability to prospective employers

Desirable:

• Experience working with people with disability

• Experience in training

• Relevant training and qualifications

• Knowledge of contemporary services for people with disabilities

• Experience in locating suitable jobs for people with disabilities in open employment
