An Job Support Centre Consultant Day involves:

• Work as part of a team to ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely manner and transferred to the appropriate person where unable to complete enquiry.
• Utilise third party system (Jobready) or the ESS system to locate job seeker information and address enquiries. 
• Provide administration support to Jobfind Workforce Australia
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation, policy, guidelines and procedures.
• Promote Jobfind’s employment services to jobseekers, employers and other key stakeholders.

• Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude  
• Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must...

• Have full working rights in Australia 
• Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
