An Job Support Centre Consultant Day involves:
- Work as part of a team to ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely manner and transferred to the appropriate person where unable to complete enquiry.
- Utilise third party system (Jobready) or the ESS system to locate job seeker information and address enquiries.
- Provide administration support to Jobfind Workforce Australia
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation, policy, guidelines and procedures.
- Promote Jobfind’s employment services to jobseekers, employers and other key stakeholders.

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
