🌟 The Role: Contractor, Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to Join Our remote team, working from home or a shared office hub. 🔍 What You'll Do
- Devise and implement cutting-edge PPC strategies to meet and exceed ROAS targets.
- Craft compelling ad copy that engages and converts.
- Optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok and beyond.
- Lead innovative testing strategies to refine and perfect our approach.
- Provide deep analytical insights to guide strategy and decision-making.

- A vibrant, positive individual with a knack for communication and collaboration.
- Driven by a hunger for success, yet grounded in humility and intelligence.
- Boasting at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong preference for those versed in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and more.
- A data-driven thinker, proficient in analytics and lead generation.
- Exceptionally organised, with a proven project management and campaign documentation track record.
- An advocate for remote work, adept at maintaining engagement and responsiveness online.
🎯 Requirements
- Reside in or be able to commute to Central Coast, NSW.
- Hold the right to work in Australia.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications and at least 3 years of Meta or Google Ads experience, preferably within an agency setting. Applicants with over 5 years of experience may be considered without a degree.
