The CompanyAn Opportunity exists for a Digital Performance Manager to join a Full-Service Marketing Agency. Our client has been driving commercial success for their clients through Media, Creative, Digital and Performance for over 15 years. We are seeking a digital marketing professional with skills across paid search, paid social and display advertising to join their Sydney office.
Duties will include
- As a trusted partner to you clients, you will be the go-to person for campaign insights and recommendations, including day-to-day contact, presentations and weekly hot desking at client office.
- Develop strategic campaigns to meet client objectives across paid search, paid social and display advertising.
- Guide and manage junior team members, including development plans and onboarding of new employees.
- Contribute to the set up, optimisation & reporting of campaigns, review and approve campaigns implementation by junior team members.
- Proactively present ideas for process improvements and efficiencies, building best practices and training materials.
- Budget management and tracking.
- Work collaboratively with wider team including Account Managers, to help drive organic opportunities within client groups.
- Lead publisher relationships, keeping up to date with industry trends and take advantage of new measurement features and learning opportunities.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on digital.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
