You will be:
- Cultivating a vibrant brand culture within the team through regular communication, collaboration, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Organizing and overseeing community events, workshops, and activities aimed at fostering connection and engagement among community members.
- Developing and implementing inclusivity initiatives to ensure that all community members feel welcome and valued.
- Managing online community platforms and social media channels, including moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align community initiatives with overall brand objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of community-building efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on community engagement activities and outcomes.
- Building relationships with external partners, influencers, and organizations to expand the reach and impact of community initiatives.
- Supporting the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
- Continuously staying informed about industry trends and best practices in community management and brand culture development.
