Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, the Customer, Compliance and Clinical Leader will be instrumental in developing and maintaining systems to ensure the provision of safe, quality and dignified care to support customers independence and wellbeing. The role will ensure compliance to quality standards aligned to our legal, funding and program obligations and develop assurance programs inclusive of monitoring, audit, report and review to enable continual improvement and Clinical governance.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the voice of the customer is at the forefront of GCLA operational planning and decision making.
- Develop processes which support the customer experience whilst providing efficiencies in all stages of the customers journey with GCLA.
- Ensure the provision of safe, quality and dignified care through robust systems of customer assessment, care planning, review and documentation to meet the stated needs and customer preference and funded program requirements.
- Dive deep into customer feedback, transforming it into actionable strategies for operational excellence.
- Craft and execute innovative plans to elevate our customers' experience to unprecedented heights.
- Lead the charge in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of Aged Care and NDIS reforms.
- Establish robust systems to monitor customer well-being and ensure top-notch clinical governance.
- Champion customer engagement and quality care committees, driving collaboration and innovation.
