The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Underground Jumbo Operator, a role vital to maintaining the high efficiency and safety standards of our drilling operations at CSA Mine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mastery in operating jumbo drilling rigs, focusing on safety, precision, and adherence to operational standards.
- Proactive collaboration with technical and planning departments to execute drilling plans.
- Routine equipment checks and basic maintenance, ensuring functional efficiency.
- Detailed reporting on operational activities, supporting our continuous improvement ethos.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven expertise in underground jumbo operations, emphasising safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical drilling plans.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Adaptability to different work schedules, accommodating residential, DIDO, and FIFO (Brisbane or Sydney) arrangements.
