Job description

​Work anywhere in Australia for the leading heart health charity.
Support the delivery of our Community Fundraising Strategy to make a difference to the heart health of all people living in Australia.
The role
Work closely with the Jump Rope for Heart Program Lead to deliver Team Training, School Acquisition and School Communications of the Jump Rope for Heart (JRFH) fundraising program in order to achieve budgeted outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring the program customers (Principals, teachers, parents, and students) have a great experience with the program to ensure the best fundraising results from every school.
Responsibilities
Lead in accordance with the Heart Foundation's values and consistently role model the agreed organisational behaviours including a commitment to community and volunteer engagement and diversity and inclusion principles.
Implement the Jump Rope for Heart program to obtain the agreed program goals.
Develop personalised and customer centric approaches that move schools through the program pipeline ensuring the optimal experience and best fundraising results.
Keep up to date with the Primary School sector to ensure the program remains relevant and use these insights to develop new activities and improvement to the program.
Management of relationships with principals, teachers, parents, and students.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstration relationship management experience, with proven success with income generation across the community fundraising space.
Confidence to manage relationships with internal and external partners and fundraisers.
Experience in segmenting customer/donor lists and prioritising contact.
An ability to relate sensitively to people of all ages.
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
Clear written and excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Proven communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work productively both autonomously and as a member of a team.
Excellent written, verbal & communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Word; Intermediate Microsoft Excel; Intermediate Outlook, Intermediate PowerPoint.
Raisers Edge/NXT, or similar Customer Relationship Management database experience.
