AddressBusy Bayside General Practice requires a friendly part time receptionist to work part time approximately 11 plus hours per week, two mornings per week, with flexibility to cover holiday/sick leave. Medical receptionist experience preferable with on the job training provided to successful applicant. Principal duties include:-
- General reception such as greeting patients, answering telephones, booking appointments, processing accounts
- Management of waiting room
- Scanning, faxing and emailing
Essential criteria:-

- Excellent phone manner
- Well presented and reliable
- Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude
- Attention to detail is essential
The clinic is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturdays and public holidays.
