Junior Accounts Person

This ASX listed developer and manufacturer of specialty materials for personal care and industrial applications is seeking a suitable Full Time Junior Accounts Person to assist accounts and general office duties. 

Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for a suitably Full Time Junior Accounts Person, to join our team. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• QuickBooks data entry - payable
• Pronto data entry - payable
• Internal and external customer support for Accounts related tasks 
• Ad hoc items as requested

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• 6 to 12 months Accounts payable experience
• Positive attitude, reliable and a team player
• QuickBooks or Pronto experience desirable
• Excel and Outlook experience essential
• Exceptional attention to detail with good data entry skills
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable. You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
• Ability to build strong working relationships with your team is essential and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork

There is no public transport available in this area therefore own transport is essential.
