AddressAlchemy Accountants is an established and progressive Chartered Accounting practice based in Salisbury, providing bespoke accounting, business advisory, bookkeeping, and taxation services.
After experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper who is eager to grow with our business and contribute to our success.
About Your Role
- Reconciling of bank accounts
- Accounts payable/receivable processing
- Payroll
- Preparing records for BAS
- Liaise with the ATO and other third parties
- Office administration
- Primarily using Xero with some work within MYOB, QuickBooks, and other bookkeeping platforms.
- Part-time position
- Immediate start
About You
- Studying or recent accounting graduate from an Australian university
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- At least 6-months experience in public practice (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QBO (preferred but not essential)
