Accounting firm located in Ipswich seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a fulltime position 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday with extended times over tax season.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Reception:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Client Bookings:
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Coordinate meeting rooms and resources
- Correspondence:
- Type letters and emails
- Handle mail distribution
- Client Support:
- Follow up on client queries promptly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Document Management:
- Scan and organize electronic documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems
