Client Services Assistant

Working with the Client Services team, the key purpose of this role is to assist the Client Services team to coordinate calls and requests from clients and referrers to book them into appointments.

Physio Inq is a fast-growing allied health care company and we are now recruiting a Client Services Assistant to take our customer experience to the next level.
What is the Role?
The Client Services Assistant assists with handling incoming enquiries within our Mobile and Community Team at our head office location in Albion. This role will report to our Client Services Team Leader and will work closely with the Client Services team together to assist clients with new enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for recent school graduates looking to gain experience in administration or university students looking for a flexible role.
What will I do?
Assist with handling in-bound customer service enquiries
Maintain accurate record-keeping
Work as a part of a national team to onboard new clients and referrers who utilise different funding models, including NDIS
What you’ll need
Sound organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic office software
Previous Client Services experience not essential, but would be highly regarded
Positive ‘can do’ attitude

Working from our Brisbane office in Albion
Full training provided
Part-time or full-time availability (flexible with days)
Monday – Friday, no weekends
