About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated contracts administrator, with strong customer service and administration skills to join our Head Office Sales Administration Team, located in Brisbane CBD.
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager your key responsibilities would include -
- Prioritise, process and manage contracts of sale with an emphasis on compliance
- Provide support and communication to the administration and sales team
- Provide a quality customer service with stakeholders
- Assist with general administration as required
- Prepare and collate weekly/monthly reports
- Adhere to organisational policies and follow processes
- Being an active team member
The successful applicant will have
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient computer skills - MS Office Suite as a minimum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
