The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our administration team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and maintain records, databases, and office supplies.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
