ACE Materials Handling are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our close knit Invoicing team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a team member who can provide quality administrative support, enjoys a variety of tasks and has a positive can-do approach to tasks given. This role is a key position supporting the invoicing division which liaises with staff nationally to complete duties. All training will be provided for the successful candidate to succeed in this role.
This position will see you completing the below tasks however is not limited too;
- Docket related tasks such as linking, tracker and auditing
- Front screening of paperwork to vet for quality and completion
- Pricing of works internally utilising company system
- Data entry
- Answering client calls in a professional and timely manner
- Job number creation for team as required
- Linking of internal documents within CRM
- Follow up client documentation required for invoicing team
- Assist various teams when required through the completion of various administrative duties
