The Role
As the Junior Art Director, reporting to the Head of Digital and Communications, your key responsibility areas will include the following:
- Develop and execute creative concepts using AI tools.
- Use prompt engineering to refine and bring AI-generated ideas to life.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers and product managers.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and creative trends to incorporate them into the creative process.
- Experiment with and implement new AI-driven methods for creative production.
- Ensure that AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong background in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative field.
- 1-2 years' related experience in a creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite and AI tools, i.e. ChatGPT, Dall-e, Midjourney, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
The following will be regarded favourably:
- Industry certifications and courses, i.e. Award School, etc.
- Experience with prompt engineering and refining AI-generated content.
