We are looking for a Junior Buyer to convert sales leads between 8:30am to 5pm from either Monday to Friday or, Wednesday through Sunday.
As a Junior Buyer, you will learn the art of converting and purchasing vehicles from our customer base on behalf of the business, for the purpose of remarketing through our in-house channels. We use a sales CRM tool to track our Leads from Lead received to payment made. As such, a technology savvy candidate will be preferred for this role.
The successful candidate, based on any previous experience, will receive an annual salary of between $55,000 - $65,000 plus super and sales commissions.
Your tasks and responsibilities as a Junior Buyer will include:
• Lead management and conversion in a Vehicle Buying facility
• Facilitating Contracts of Sale
• Booking in transport & managing logistics
• Loading and releasing payments to customers
• Being proactive and having the ability to problem solve.
Our ideal candidate has experience in sales and negotiation, an articulate and professional phone manner, good computer skills, excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and uses initiative, can multitask, and has a keen attention to detail.
