Hill Accounting Services is a locally owned accounting firm operating since 2014. We specialise in Income Tax and Small Business Tax, Bookkeeping, Accounting and Advisory services. We are currently in a growth phase and are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused business administration trainee. We will provide all the training, coaching, and mentoring throughout your traineeship required to be successful; you just need a willingness to learn and a genuine motivation to help. The position ideally would suit a school leaver or someone wishing to pursue a career in business administration. This traineeship will provide a formal qualification Certificate III in Business with ongoing employment progression after the conclusion of the traineeship. The successful applicant will need to have a positive attitude, an enthusiastic work ethic & ability to effectively co-ordinate administrative duties accordingly.

- Committed to completing a 12 month Traineeship

- Technology savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Tasks & responsibilities
- Administration/reception duties
- Entering information into relevant systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Filing and document organisation
- Following up with clients
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward / re-direct enquiries as appropriate
- Other duties as requested by management
- Bookkeeping services including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and superannuation
