The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail oriented Administration Assistant to support our high achieving brokers. There will be an opportunity to progress into a senior support role or to becoming a finance broker for the right applicant.

- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Driven by goals and loves contributing to team success
Your Role:
- Engage with clients regarding their finance application in person, on the phone and via email
- Efficiently handle and organise client documentation
- Preparation of loan contracts and compliance documents in adherence with strict compliance standards
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry.
- Running some basic errands

Requirements
- Drivers licence with own reliable car
- Clear criminal history check
- Some experience in a customer facing role such as retail, sales, hospitality
- Basic Microsoft office skills – Outlook & Word
- Flexibility for some occasional Saturday work.
