Junior Mortgage Broker

Swiftly Finance are looking for an upbeat and motivated individual that is capable of working in a fast-paced environment! 

We offer a full-time training & sales position with a starting base of $65k + uncapped commission once qualified. 

What you will need:

• Cert IV - Finance & Mortgage Broking or have commenced course
• Genuine interest in finance
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships;
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products;
• Complete applications compliantly;
• Review and prepare applications;
• Communicating with the client from sale to settlement;
• Liaise with Lenders; 
• Preparing and editing letters, reports, and emails;
• Working towards targets and KPIs;
• Data entry;
• Action tasks in a timely manner in accordance with agreed turnaround times;
• Maintaining folders on servers, etc.
