Microsoft Delivery Project Team – Junior BA / Co-ordinator
Our client is utilising the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to deliver on various business demand requests ranging from Business Process Improvement initiatives through to complex application development. The delivery team has an opportunity for an proactive junior co-ordinator to join and support the PM and BA’s to ensure our delivery stays on track.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, thorough, detail orientated and keen to learn with previous experience that can clearly demonstrate these behaviours.
Previous experience either working in government agency or large enterprise organisations, in either co-ordination, administration, analyst or support roles will be looked on favourably. Experience working with or supporting projects delivering software solutions will be beneficial.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of Office 365 & Teams
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager and BA’s in the development of project management documents such as design documents, support plans, presentations
- Organisation and timeline planning across multiple workstreams to ensure the PM and BA’s are on track for appropriate artefact filing and sign off
- Support the two Business Analysts in their day to day duties:
- Presentations
- Stakeholder communications
- Requirement clarifications
- Meeting and workshop organisation
- Data entry into Microsoft DevOp’s as required by the BA’s:
- Features and User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Test Scenario’s
- Assisting with organisation and rollout of System and User Acceptance Testing
- Liaise with the Change Management team to ensure Project Team is meeting Change Milestones and deliverables
- Training organisation and scheduling
- Respond proactively to changing circumstances and adjust plans and schedules when necessary
Skillset & Behaviours:
- 3-5 years experience in a large Government or Enterprise business
- Previous Admin or Support experience
- Previous experience working with a project or on a delivery team
- Demonstrate accountability
- Be proactive and responsible for own actions, and adhere to legislation, policy and guidelines
- Ability to Plan and Prioritize
- Plan to achieve priority outcomes and respond flexibly to changing circumstances
