Junior Business Analyst

Your new company

Is a government-owned organisation responsible for managing millions of aircraft movements each year. With major operating centres in both Brisbane & Sydney, with a Canberra corporate office, the agency operates 29 air traffic towers at international and regional airports and provides aviation rescue firefighting services at 26 Australian airports.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you'll support business analysis requirements related to various initiatives for the Program. Responsibilities include 

• Collaborating closely with the project/program team and the broader business
• Running detailed business analysis activities and workshops to support the delivery of existing benefits initiatives
• Development of new benefit opportunities/initiatives across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in business analysis in large business transformation programs/projects.
• Experience in benefits documentation and analysis models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with both ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Strong consultation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and in remote working situations.
