The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the EA will provide administrative support to the CEO and the broader Executive team. The Executive Assistant will ensure that the Executive team and in particular the office of the CEO runs seamlessly. This includes a number of administrative, project and ad hoc events coordination responsibilities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a mature mentality, the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism, along with the ability to provide effective and efficient support, assistance and coordination for the CEO and the Executive team.
This broad and very hands-on role requires a proactive and adaptable approach with a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. In addition, you will be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities who has a strategic mind-set and business acumen.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and managing daily schedules and emails and dealing with any changes
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging travel including flights, visas and detailed itineraries
- Coordinating calls and meetings, along with attending some meetings to take minutes and distribute supporting documents
- Handling confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Processing expenses and creating reports
- General administrative support with on-going projects
