This role will be responsible for:
- Support program recruitment process which may include review of applications, participate as interview panel member, source additional panel member/s, complete procurement process for external recruitment support if required.
- Coordinating all on-boarding activities including keeping warm strategies. Review of onboarding best practice for the programs.
- University liaison role which includes attending careers fairs, developing and maintaining university stakeholder relationships
- Program review, evaluation, and future program development.
- Responsible for review at the end of each program, sourcing feedback from all stakeholders. Develop and maintain evaluation for future programs based on program feedback and review
- Coordinating program training course enquiries from program participants or from any relevant stakeholder
- Assist with and deliver program training information to placement team leaders
- Coordinate and track probation, attendance, performance. Working alongside the participants work placement team leaders. Arrange and lead performance check ins and provide regular feedback that has been sourced from team leaders, learning and development and observation.
