The Operations Central Change team in Corporate Operations Group provides a range of exciting opportunities, with a focus on strategic transformation of the Operations group.

What role will you play?
You will be key to helping drive the Corporate Operations Group Risk Management strategy. You will support a multi-year program of work which invests in automation to strengthen the risk culture and control environment in the Corporate Operations Group.
What you offer
- Business analysis experience in requirements gathering (eg. process mapping, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation)
- Understanding of Commodities and Financial Markets
- Familiarity with non-financial Risk Management frameworks and processes
- Keen sense of ownership and ability to independently drive delivery by planning and managing project deliverables
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
