Junior Business Development Manager - Real Estate
This opportunity exists for a leasing consultant, assistant property manager or existing BDM to step into a fantastic Junior Business Development Manager opportunity at this St.Kilda office!
With no properties to manage, you will be trained by the Director as his associate BDM, with active leads, a great training program and a quality property management team, with the latest PropertyMe software, iPads and tools of the trade.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with NO Saturdays!
Based out of a sleek, modern office, with local car parking!

JOB DUTIES:

• Help manage leads for new properties coming in/to be rented out
• Assist with negotiating new management contracts
• Leasing properties out (if required)
• Working with landlords and investors to see if we can manage their rental properties

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Leasing and/or BDM experience in Real Estate
• Agents Rep Certificate OR Cert IV in Property
• Prior experience in Property Management
• Drivers License
