About the PositionThe City is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced
Environmental Health professional to become a senior member of its Public Health team. This leadership role works collaboratively with a diverse and engaged group of City staff across the organisation to create “a healthy, safe and compliant community”.The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:
- An Environmental Health qualification acceptable to the Chief Health Officer (WA).
- A good understanding of how the Noise Regulations, Development processes and Planning Frameworks are used to protect amenity and Environmental Health.
- Extensive experience with Environmental Health legislation statutory requirements and good professional judgment in the application of relevant legislation.
