We are looking for a junior lawyer to join our Criminal Law Team who has a special interest in Criminal Asset Confiscation and all Criminal Law matters. Criminal Asset Confiscation Law is a specialised area of law that requires a thorough knowledge of the unique and technical laws that apply and a sound knowledge of both the criminal and civil law. You will receive guidance and training from Casey Isaacs who is a leading lawyer in this field of law in South Australia.
You must be a highly organised self-starter with excellent client communication and client management skills.
Caldicott and Issacs Lawyers are conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD within easy walking distance of the Adelaide CBD Courts. Travel between the various suburban and country Courts may be required.
We offer a dedicated legal administration team to support our Solicitors.
A current legal practising Certificate is required, and a preferred minimum of 1 year PAE it is preferred, but not essential.
Part time will be considered.
