We are currently seeking an Junior Designerto join our superbly talented internal Studio.

As a Junior Designer you will provide support for the curation and selection of image choices for our travel deals and campaigns. You will ensure our campaigns, both digital and print are catchy, commercial and meet the brief to increase sales and brand loyalty.

You will be responsible for:

• Drive the curation and selection of hero deal images for our travel deals
• Follow a calendar deals schedule and ensure all assets are allocated for each campaign
• Retouch and adapt images for web and print
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders on the progress of each deal’s design
• Provide support to the design team by assisting with designing social media assets, digital marketing materials and events collateral during busy periods.
• Actively participate in work in progress meetings and design feedback sessions

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience would be considered favourable, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills (can include academic work, internships, or freelance projects). We will ask to see your portfolio - so make sure it's up to date!
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, etc
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, layout, hierarchy, usability and typography
