Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Windows 10 support , installation and configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft 365 installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop software applications.
- Assist with network administration tasks, including user account management and security protocols.
- AD administration, Windows Imaging, troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.
- ticketing system experience
- Participate in IT projects, including hardware/software upgrades and system migrations.
- Document support activities and create knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Desktop Support role.
- Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
