Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work alongside a number of experienced industry professionals on the creation and optimisation of multiple client campaigns across several digital channels. In the role, you will develop an understanding of your clients and their business, challenges, and customers to help guide your strategy. More than just optimising campaigns, you will take a marketing approach to determining the most appropriate channels, budgets, and messaging to deliver the best possible outcomes.

The Role

• Strategise search engine marketing campaign structures, optimisation approaches and deliveries to tie in with the overarching client marketing plans (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• Learn to manage and optimise other paid digital channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Display, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Influencers and more)
• Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects, including campaign optimisation, budget management, bid adjustment, performance analysis, campaign development, advert testing and reporting
• Use multiple analytics and tracking platforms to develop highly customised reports that help our clients understand exactly how their campaigns are performing alongside their overarching digital activity 
• Learn Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and work side-by-side with our search engine optimisation team to ensure a balanced delivery across both paid and organic search

What You Need

• A firm understanding of core marketing principles and approaches
• Some level of experience in a marketing role either agency-side or client-side
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing or with relevant tools is highly regarded
• An understanding of general marketing principles and the ability to think as a marketer
• With great analytical skills, you will have the ability to quickly review data in reports and various digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
