They are a well-established design practice based in Adelaide that offers architecture, interior and urban design services, seeking a Communications Coordinatorwith an eye for detail and a passion for the creative industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating a rebrand, collaborating with the Directors and Agency experts to achieve the desired outcome that represents their essence and is at the forefront of their industry.
- Working with briefs, requirements and specifications and translating those with the technical team into clear and precise bids within client-defined timeframes.
- Coordinating technical and commercial inputs from stakeholders.
- Creating documents for brand consistency, employing collaboration tools and best practices.
- Executing the graphic communication strategy, social media channels for marketing campaigns, content curation, and monthly performance reporting for brand implementation and studio communications.
- Developing high-quality marketing content, such as media releases/posts, presentations, and document templates.
- Quality control and maintenance of marketing databases, digital content, copywriting, editorial and bid 'kit of parts'
- Chair and minute fortnightly Communications meeting with Directors,
- Developing and distributing regular email communications and newsletters that are engaging.
- Assisting with website content updates with projects, news, and events.
We are looking for a superstar who can work under pressure, has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and a proactive can-do attitude. The successful applicant will be self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled in communication, as well as adept in graphic design, digital marketing, and project delivery.
You will boast an eye for design with proven skills in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, and using various social media channels. Skills in content creation are a must, as is the proven ability to manage and market a brand. In this role, you will be allowed to enhance your skillset with the support of a well-resourced team.
