Junior Digital Producer

The Bigfish team are seeking a Junior Digital Producer / Project Manager / Digital Guru / Account Manager. This may sound daunting. But this is what our junior producers end up becoming. And it happens pretty fast. Because if you’ve got the confidence and a good work ethic, we give you the opportunity. And by good work ethic, we don’t mean working overtime and weekends. We don’t do that.

We’re looking for someone who has some previous experience working in either a creative or digital agency but, most importantly, is a Bigfish-type person. So what does that mean? 

Confidence but not in an arrogant way. You’re comfortable with who you are. You pick up things quickly and aren’t afraid to admit when you’re not getting something. You’re super organised and love a good spreadsheet. You love good design and want to work with a team that love what they do. You’re into tech and what it can create. How it can make things simpler. 

You often think you don’t quite fit into the ‘working’ world, but have a sneaking suspicion that if you could just find the right place…

Responsibilities: 

• Building strong relationships with our clients and external suppliers 
• Supporting with managing project teams and external suppliers to deliver on key project milestones
• Facilitating project and weekly team meetings
• Scheduling and managing workflows 
• Managing the dispatch of campaign creative for approved media schedules 
• Office Support, includes managing the day-to-day running of the office and coordinating team social events 
• Facilitating QA Testing of key digital projects and supporting with content population using our Tank CMS 
• EOM billing/ reporting

Programs you'll be working in: 

• Slack
• Float
• Workflow Max 
• Xero 
• Google suite 
• SmartSheets (or similar media scheduling programs) 

What you'll bring

• Ideally 2+ years experience in a Junior Account Management, Digital Project Management role or General Admin Support 
• Previous experience working on Digital campaigns or supporting with managing delivery of a website and working with a content management system
• Fast on your feet and keen to learn!
