We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Support Manager for our Head office in Regents Park.
The main focus of the Finance Support Manager is to oversee all aspects of Accounting, Taxation, Payables, Payroll & Compliance and act as backup support & adhoc duties.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable & payroll teams & their allocated duties
- Ensure accounts payable & payroll functions are completed accurately & on-time.
- Manage Taxation & Statutory compliances.
- Ensure the business meets company policies & process (i.e. Sarbanes and Segregation of duties)
- Processing end of month reports for both Australia and New Zealand
Adhoc duties may include but not limited too:
- Banking tasks and cash accounts
- Backup for intercompany accounts
- Preparation of GST and other like associated documentation
Minimum Qualifications include:
- 5 years previous experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting
- CA/CPA qualifications or studying towards
- Strong Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) and ERP systems experience
