We would like for our new Team Member to have the following attributes:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.
- Current Blue Card
- Current First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Be able to build and maintain a strong and positive relationships with our families, children and other staff at our centre
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written, along with time management, programming and planning
- Ability to critically reflect on own practice including relationships with children, families and fellow team members
