We are seeking a Junior Estimator who is willing to undertake some Contracts Administration work and/or vice versa. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;
- Ability to manage multiple tenders reporting to the Senior Estimator
- Existing relationships with various architects, clients, subcontractors and suppliers (preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience (a minimum of 5 years is preferable) in the Australian Construction Industry
- Ability to follow up tender opportunities in the market place
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Cheops and Estimate One (preferred but not necessary)
