Due to our company’s substantial growth, we are looking for an Administration Assistant. This position will be full-time, but has the capacity to be flexible with hours & days. The position will be located at our Office in Torrensville, South Australia.
The role
As an Administration Assistant at Vision 2 Estimating, you will play a vital role in assisting with day to day tasks, acting as the first point of contact for our clients and all Account related Administration duties.
This role will include:
- Assist with scheduling all incoming job orders.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Job setup and following up quotes with Customers.
- Account duties – Aged receivables and invoicing.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Good computer skills and experience in MS Office
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and great communication
- Self-motivation and good time management
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
