YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The role of Junior Experiential Producer involves the co-ordination of our client events, activations, and sampling campaigns from concept, through pre-production to final execution. You will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, a working knowledge of production and an understanding of food, beverage, and hospitality, as well as guest experience. High level of people skills and supplier relationships are required for this role, level-headed and adaptable you'll be required to solve problems on the fly with a supportive and dedicated team to ensure you are successful in your role.
Our Experiential team is a fast paced and creative team who work with brands such as Coca-Cola, Pernod Ricard and more. You will be a part of the team and play a critical role in executing Award winning events and activations with a fun and motivated team. You will serve a vital role in ensuring all work is produced to a high standard and have excellent attention to detail, promoting the integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of all work to the client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting client service 20% and production 80% in delivering experiential activations and brand campaigns.
- Booking suppliers and co-ordinating requirements and logistics for each event.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors and 3rd party suppliers across all categories ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Providing key event documentation to client services and suppliers such as briefs, production decks, Brand Ambassador training manuals and post campaign reports.
- End to end event and logistics management on sampling campaigns.
- Managing and driving onsite event bump ins and bump outs.
- Detailed management of storage and asset collection for key clients.
- Processing invoices, raising PO's, and reconciling budgets.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CAPABILITIES
- At least 2 years' experience in relevant field or similar role
- Existing working knowledge of the event/marketing industry
- Experience in client / supplier relations and management
- Passion for marketing and activations specifically product sampling, on premise activations and sporting activations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and making decisions
- Good communication skills, both internal and client-facing
- Positive, collaborative, hands-on, energetic, and can-do attitude
- A strong creative eye with an unwavering ability to manage the creative process
- A deep understanding of conflict resolution and management
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Strategy
- Team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Solid computer skills working across Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Existing knowledge of Spectra would be a bonus
