Junior Foreman

Great opportunity for a Lead Carpenter to transition into Commercial Site Management.

Junior Foreman required to join a professional team and to deliver quality Commercial construction projects in the education and industrial sectors.
Ideal role for a residential Lead Carpenter that wants to prove themselves, be hands on and step up.
Our client is a reputable Head Contractor, with a fantastic pipeline and having a solid reputation in the industry.
Responsibilities:

• Client, Site team, Architects and Director Liaison
• Assist / Manage the build from start through to Project Completion
• Liaise closely with the Project Team
• Site Setout, Safety and Ensuring Quality is met
• Monitoring trades and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Experience working directly for a Builder is a must
• Carpentry background
• Experience in managing multiple trades
• Loyal working history
• Strong eye for detail
• Loyal tenure and must be local
• Team player with a can-do attitude that is driven to succeed
